As far as Milesi is concerned, manufacturing requires responsibility; the company instituted its own "Ecology and Safety" department many years ago. Milesi aims to safeguard the individual beyond the requirements of the strictest safety standards, and is deeply sensitive to issues involving the environment, ecology, and human health, thoroughly controlling product formulas and staying ahead of even the most advanced of standards.

 Manufacturing also means quality: Milesi has been ISO 9002 certified since 1996. On February 2003 Milesi obtained the UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 certification. This outstanding success further qualifies the excellence and is the result of a careful and continuous verification on the quality of the production processes, but not only. One of the most marking characteristics of this new certification, a natural evolution of the previous one, is represented by the verify of the tools necessary to survey customer's satisfaction, a field in which Milesi has been active since several years.

Milesi has a widespread marketing network and a highly specialised technical assistance network operating in Italy and abroad, regularly visiting customers' factories to provide advice on the best technical choices and application techniques for them and to inform customers of the latest new developments, providing them with a complete assistance service.

Milesi's Research and Development laboratory works to improve the future of wood paints and coatings every day, employing technologically advanced instruments and maintaining ongoing telematic contact with the Group's other laboratories elsewhere in Europe in the effort to come up with specific solutions to all of its customers' needs, testing them and perfecting them in an Application Laboratory featuring the most innovative painting equipment.

Consulting services
Milesi spa's internal "Ecology and Safety" department provides customers with ongoing up-to-date consulting services regarding the latest regulations governing protection of the environment and of human health, advising them on the best ways of complying with such requirements.
